| Conditions of Employment: Ability to comply with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 and, upon an offer of employment, complete an Employee’s Statement of Health and submit to a functional capacity evaluation at the District’s expense to determine ability to perform job-related functions and fitness for duty.
