Qualifications: Ability to work effectively and efficiently with administrations, faculty, staff, parents, and team members. Responsibility in time management, fiscal integrity, problem solving, and communication. Demonstrate leadership skills to effectively lead a Volleyball program. Demonstrate knowledge of Volleyball techniques, strategies, conditioning, and strength training. Demonstrate knowledge and experience in UHSAA rules and regulations. A willingness to involve community and foster a harmonious relationship with various Volleyball programs feeding into Fremont High. Preference for hiring will be given to any applicants who are certified, highly qualified teachers from Weber School District.
Varsity or collegiate level experience preferred. The ability to motivate and inspire kids to be academic athletes and to teach them fundamental volleyball skills is desired.
