Job Summary: An innovative instructional leader needed for a 2,000 student population in a district serving urban, suburban and rural areas. The new leader will create college and career pathways and increase instructional capacity, Professional Learning Communities and social/emotional learning that provide student voice and agency. The new leader will inspire, lead, manage well and ensure that instructional and other staff have what they need to provide for the educational and social/emotional needs of students. This person will hold high standards and provide a high level of support. The principal will work closely with central office and other staff and community partners in enhancing the school. The school includes AP, IB, NJROTC and a great many other high quality programs. There are robust music, arts, sports and other co-curricular programs cherished by the community.

Position Information: • Full-Time, with benefits; 248 days/year 
 

Minimum Qualifications: • Masters or higher degree in education; Pennsylvania Principal Certification Required • Ten years’ experience in public education required.
