We are currently looking for a Lead BCBA to provide leadership in in the Tampa area for our centers and community based services. Responsibilities: Responsible for assisting with the development of community outreach and patient pipeline Provide supervision to all assigned RBTs that is in accordance with the INVO standard of care and the BACB guidelines. Conduct functional behavioral assessments and design, implement and monitor behavior intervention plans and evaluate accordingly; Develop crisis intervention plans when needed Maintain appropriate records within our online data based system. Actively demonstrate and uphold all INVO Core Values and adhere to the BACB Code of Conduct. Support, mentor, and train region/center BCBAs to provide the highest quality of ABA services. Collaborate, as defined by effective communication, shared problem solving, and working together towards shared goals, with all cross-functional departments. Consult with parents/guardians and work in coordination with client’s school, doctors, and other therapy providers.

Requirements: Minimum of a Master’s Degree conferred in behavior analysis or other natural science, education, human services, medicine or a field related to behavior analysis. Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) granted by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Experience working in centers or community based services is preferred
