21st Century After School Program-Team Leader

TEAM LEADER (30 Available-5 at each of 6 schools-Davis, Devers, Ferguson, Goode, Jackson & McKinley)

DESCRIPTION: 

• Team Leaders will facilitate tutoring and enrichment activities for a class of 20 students from 3:30-7 PM, Monday-Thursday through the after school program; some Friday hours may be required.

• Team Leaders, under the direction of their Site Supervisor, will implement SuccessMaker, STEAM, and Team Time/Family Time components of the program.

• Team Leaders are responsible for the case management of 20 students across two identified grade levels (1st-2nd, 3rd-4th, 5th-6th, or 7th-8th).  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Act 126 & 71 Verification Required
• FBI, Child Abuse and State Police Clearances & Drug Test (self-paid)
• High School Degree; College experience in Education or related field preferred

• Candidate must have experience working with elementary aged children; Tutoring Experience preferred.
