Contracted Help Desk Analyst
Open contracted position for a Help Desk Analyst position. This position will be on an as needed basis and may work up to 29 hours per week. Must have an Associate's Degree in Computer Science with a minimum of two (2) years' experience in software support and system applications. Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, Internet Browsers and Help Desk Software is required. Good customer service skills, time management and the ability to analytically solve technology related problems required.
