Must hold a certificate issued by Florida Department of Education.
The certificate must be in one of the following types: Professional Certificate, Temporary Certificate, Statement of Status of Eligibility.
The certificate position area must be in one of the following areas: Visual Impairment, Orientation and Mobility Specialist.
The certificate status must be active or about to graduate from a state-approved teacher preparation program.

Description

This is an itinerant position for a Teacher of the Visually impaired. Orientation & Mobility certification is preferred, but not required. The School District of Palm Beach County offers reasonable caseloads and mileage reimbursement. Experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome. We can provide high quality mentoring from our staff of highly skilled and experienced veteran teachers of the visually impaired.
