IT Technician - Downtown Miami Charter School
Must hold a certificate issued by Florida Department of Education.
The certificate position area must be in one of the following areas: Computers, Elementary Teacher, Success for All, Title I, Architecture, Drafting and Design, Biomedical, Communications, Computer Networking, Computer Programming, Computer Science, Construction, Electronics, Energy and Power, Engineering, Graphics/CAD, Industrial Systems, Information, Instructional, Materials and Manufacturing Processes, Transportation, Distribution and Logistics, Computer/Information Technology.
The certificate must be in one of the following grades: Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th.
The certificate status must be active.
JOB PURPOSE: To maintain system availability, ensure effective user support, and maintain software applications to manage CSUSA operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain system availability of critical and non-essential business systems Provide customer support through onsite presence and remote Monitor support requests to determine larger-scale Inform supervisor of any issue out of the scope or skill range of Technician promptly Maintain disaster recovery and prevention Participate, successfully, in the training programs offered to increase the individual’s skill and proficiency related to the Review current developments, literature and technical sources of information related to job Ensure adherence to good safety Perform other duties as delegated by Technician Follow federal and state laws, as well as company **MAY PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED**

Salary and benefits shall be paid consistent with CSUSA salary and benefit policy. Length of the work year and hours of employment shall be those established by Charter Schools USA.
