Coed Varsity Cross Country Coach and/or Girls Varsity Track & Field Coach

Job Description:

• Looking for an individual with knowledge of the sports, and will have an emphasis on fundamentals.  Directly supervise all areas of the Coed XC and/or T&F Programs at all age levels.

Job Qualifications:                

• Head Coaching experience preferred but not required

• Ability to effectively lead the Coed XC and/or T&F Program with a passion for success of all student-athletes

• Have knowledge of running/conditioning fundamentals and how to teach them effectively at all levels

• Ability to effectively communicate with parents, student-athletes, staff, administration, and coaches

• Ability to exhibit high levels of professionalism with parents, student-athletes, staff, administration, and coaches

• Ability to organize, motivate, supervise, and develop student-athletes and coaches effectively at all levels
