Description

Caledonia Community Schools has immediate openings in our Transportation Department.

Bus Drivers:
 
  • Paid CDL Training is provided ($15.00 per hour) during training
  • Regular Route Drivers Board hired following 60 day probation
  • Single subscriber medical insurance is provided following Board hire (4 runs/26 hours per week)
  • 10 Sick Days, 12 Vacation Days, 8 Holidays, and 1.5 Personal days are provided per year, following Board hire.
  • Cash in Lieu of Insurance is paid at $1,750 per year
  • Split shift position; drivers must be available between 6:00-9:00 AM and 2:00-5:00 PM

Sub Bus Drivers:
 
  • Substitute Drivers are paid $17.26 per hour
  • Paid CDL Training is provided ($14.26) per hour during training
  • May work mornings (6:00 AM - 9:00 AM), afternoons (2:00 PM - 5:00 PM), or both
 
Bus Aides:
 
  • Bus Aide pay is 11.87 per hour (Step 1)
  • Regular Bus Aides Board hired following 60 day probation
  • 7 Sick Days, 6 Vacation Days, 8 Holidays and 1.5 Personal Days are provided per year, following Board hire.
  • District pays 50% cost of Dental and Vision Insurance, following Board Hire
  • Split shift position, aides must be available between 6:00-9:00 AM and 2:00-5:00 PM
