Administrative Assistant to Superintendent
Full-time, twelve-month position

Qualifications:
Two-years post-secretary training or four years secretarial job experience preferred
Excellent secretarial skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional and pleasant demeanor
Ability to multi-task
Self-starter, self-motivated
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Google Apps for Education)
Experience with Human Resources including application and onboarding
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and professionalism in interacting with staff, parents, public, and School Board Members
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others contacted in the course of work
Ability to problem-solve job-related issues
Ability to work in a team environment
Flexible
Punctual

General Responsibilities:
To perform duties assigned by the Superintendent in a responsible and confidential manner so that the Superintendent's Office can more efficiently serve students, staff, School Board Members, and citizens of the School District.
