Math/English Teacher (2 sections of each)

Qualifications: Must be licensed to teach math and English in the state of Indiana or be willing to apply for an emergency permit; or licensed General Elementary with a willingness to apply for an emergency permit

Responsibilities: Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning.  Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.  Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures.  Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school.  Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students and use information to adjust teaching strategies.  Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.  Participate in department, school, district and parent meetings.  Days and Hours: Full-Time

Salary: Salary commensurate with degree, licensure and experience
