Differentiate instruction in all core subjects based on students’ readiness level, interests, academic and behavioral needs. ? Provide rigorous learning goals and/or targets that are embedded in a performance scale that includes application of knowledge. ? Administer and interpret district-wide assessment tools including, but not limited to, NWEA MAP, Fountas & Pinnell Benchmark Assessment, DIBELS, and MLPP. ? Effectively use data to monitor students’ academic and behavior progress and to evaluate your instructional practices. ? Develop and recognize adherence to classroom rules and procedures in accordance with a PBIS framework. Ability to maintain classroom control. ? Maintain accurate records to monitor student progress, disaggregate data, and generate required reports. ? Communicate and collaborate with your grade level team, building level team and Principal to support our learning community.
