Description

Pullman is a community of 30,000 located in the rich agricultural area of Southeastern Washington State known as the Palouse region, about 75 miles south of Spokane, Washington. Pullman is served by the Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport with daily flights by Horizon Air. Pullman is the home of Washington State University with a student population of approximately 20,000. Moscow, Idaho, the home of the University of Idaho, is located seven miles to the east. Pullman Public Schools serve the families of Pullman and outlying rural areas and communities covering approximately 220 square miles. The district’s approximately 300 employees serve 2600 students in five schools: three elementary schools, one middle, and one high school. Pullman Schools have proven to be highly effective places of learning for all students. Each of our schools fosters high academic achievement for diversified learners of all ages and learning abilities. Pullman schools are intensely proud of their students, staff and learning communities. Each school is committed to ensuring that all students acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to become involved, contributing citizens.
