The staff of Krebs Public Schools believes that the school's purpose is to provide each student with an appropriate education and the opportunity to acquire basic academic grade-level skills while developing positive emotional and social growth in a supporting environment. The staff of Krebs Public Schools accepts the responsibility for instruction and guidance necessary to develop skills for accessing and processing information; for dealing with change; for thinking, reasoning, and problem solving; for developing creativity; and for positive human relationships in order to serve their community and society and achieve personal fulfillment. We believe learning is a lifelong process in which students are expected to take personal responsibility, that there are no limits on what students can learn, and that learning must take place in a nurturing, safe environment that recognizes the diversity of individuals while assuring equity for all. Through the education of its citizens, and the active involvement of the community, the staff of Krebs Public Schools is committed to developing, improving and advancing the community.
